Appointment Scheduling

Both Provider-Pages and Provider-Sites feature a built-in Appointment Scheduler allowing visitors to self-schedule a visit or call with your office. Visitors select a day and time, and provide basic contact information indicating if they are a new or a returning patient.
The native Appointment Scheduler will notify you via email of the request and advise visitors that their requested appointment is tentative until confirmed by your facility. The native version of the Appointment Scheduler is free — it is toggled OFF by default, and may be toggled ON once you CLAIM your Provider-Page.
Third-Party Scheduling
Provider-Sites connect with various third-party scheduling software such as Zocdoc, healow, (eClinicalWorks), NexHealth and other systems to provide real-time Appointment Scheduling with your facilities. In most cases only a link from your scheduling system is required.
A subscription to a Provider-Site is required for third-party connectivity.
